Spring Season film

Spring Season film

the late Roger Nicholson’s dulcimer instrumental Spring Season is a requiem for Richard Farina, which Roger recorded on his iconic album Nonsuch For Dulcimer

Richard Farina was an American dulcimer player and good friend of Bob Dylan – Farina sang with and married Mimi Baez, sister of Joan Baez

performed here in Ionian tuning EBB (DAA but in key of E) on my Doug Berch mountain dulcimer – a studio version of this piece can be found on my Autumn Dance CD album (2002)
